The problem we solve

Leadership in a fast-moving global organisation can leave little room for reflection

The pace rarely slows

A full calendar and constant delivery pressure can crowd out the thinking needed for better leadership decisions.

The context is complex

Growth, performance and change often involve competing priorities, multiple stakeholders and influence across teams and regions.

The next step is not always obvious

You may be deciding how to grow, how to lead differently or whether the right future remains inside the organisation.

Relevant leadership experience

Apple context, held with humility.

Before founding P3S Consulting, I was a senior leader at Apple, working in global and EMEIA-based corporate teams. Prior to Apple, I was in channel development roles at Microsoft.

That experience helps me understand some of the realities of leading in a high-expectation, fast-moving and highly collaborative environment. It informs how I coach, but I will not assume that my Apple experience is the same as yours.

Coaching remains focused on your context, your choices and the way forward that is right for you.

What coaching can help you explore

Coaching can create protected thinking time around the leadership and career questions that are difficult to resolve in the flow of work.

Growth and increased responsibility

Step into a broader role, develop your leadership approach and build confidence without losing what makes you effective.

Change and uncertainty

Create space to think clearly through reorganisation, shifting priorities, ambiguity and changes you cannot fully control.

Managing performance

Prepare for difficult conversations, hold clear expectations and balance empathy, accountability and sustainable performance.

Influence across complex teams

Work through stakeholder dynamics, global collaboration and decisions that require alignment without direct authority.

Career direction

Explore what comes next, whether that means progressing at Apple, reshaping your role or considering a move beyond it.

Sustainable leadership

Examine the habits, boundaries and choices needed to lead well without allowing constant demands to narrow your thinking.

Independent coaching

A conversation outside the system.

What you share is treated as confidential within the boundaries agreed before coaching begins. The coaching relationship is independent of Apple, your manager, the People team and internal development or performance processes.

What you can expect

A personal coaching relationship grounded in trust, reflection and practical movement.

Independent and confidential

Your coaching relationship is separate from Apple, your management chain and any internal performance process.

Context without assumptions

Jeremy understands aspects of Apple’s pace and complexity, while remaining curious about your experience rather than presuming it is the same as his.

Thoughtful challenge

A calm space to test assumptions, see choices more clearly and decide what meaningful progress looks like for you.

Across Apple time zones

Coaching that works across international teams.

Based in London, I work with Apple employees across international time zones, from Sydney to Cupertino and everywhere in between.

Sessions are arranged online at a time that works for both of us, creating a consistent coaching relationship wherever your role or team is based.

International, independent support.
  • Sydney and Asia-Pacific time zones.
  • London and EMEIA time zones.
  • Austin and Central time zones.
  • Cupertino and Pacific time zones.
