1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by P3S Consulting Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

P3S Consulting Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17063699), with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA.

2. Services

We provide sales enablement consulting, workshops, and coaching services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be detailed in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of P3S Consulting Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

Workshop materials, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of P3S Consulting Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue
• All fees are quoted in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable
• Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For workshops and coaching sessions:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before may be rescheduled or receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, P3S Consulting Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
